Financial Policy

In order to continue to provide the highest quality of service, Body Solutions Physical Therapy has elected to be a "fee at time of service" provider except for Medicare beneficiaries. This allows the ability to ensure quality of treatment and to be flexible with the time of treatment sessions provided without insurance restrictions.

Body Solutions Physical Therapy is NOT part of insurance networks or MediCal programs. However, we do accept Medicare. We will not accept Workers' Compensation cases or cases which may involve lawsuits.

All therapy provided is charged at the same rate of $120.00 per hour. The rate is based on an approximation of rates from most insurance companies and Medicare. The fees are based on time spent with you and the treatments performed during your appointment.

Cash, check or Visa/MasterCard is accepted at the completion of each visit for non-Medicare visits. You will be provided with two copies of the paid therapy bill. One copy is provided for your tax records and the second for submittal to your insurance company.

Due to the specialty nature of our practice, the services may be covered on an out of network basis. We are NOT able to make guarantees or estimates regarding what reimbursement your plan allows.

At Body Solutions Physical Therapy, we provide exclusive use of a licensed physical therapist for the entire one hour visit who will work to inform you of your condition, treatment, and provide "hands on" care.
